OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards associated with inadequately maintained racking systems: a) Boothwyn Pharmacy LLC. located at or near 221B Gale Ln, Kennett Square, PA: On or about June 16, 2025, employees were working and conducting forklift activities on and around steel racking systems with unbolted anchors. The racking system was used to store pharmaceutical materials on pallets, exposing employees working near the racking systems to crushing hazards from racking collapse and struck-by hazards from falling objects.
