29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: On or about June 17, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the workbench/worktable located outside the mobile firing range was free of accumulated lead dust. Employees who used the company's stationary workbench/worktable when loading ammunition, cleaning firearms and/or performing maintenance were not protected from ingestion hazards.
