29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  Location: Worksite2 Neponset St, Walpole, MA  On June 17, 2025, employees were exposed to head injuries while working unprotected on the ground below the roof and scaffolding, where the employer failed to provide them with hardhats, and while other employees were performing siding activities at a height of an estimated 12-15 feet above.
