29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) At Sun Kool Air Conditioning, Inc., located at 9867 N US HWY 301, WILDWOOD, FL: On or about June 17, 2025, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards , in that a 50" Powered Slip Roll Machine, Model X-5016E which the employees use to shape and roll metal for duct work fabrication did not have a safety interlock system, guards or any physical means of separation between the employee and the machine while in use.
