29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Roll Feed Department - On or about August 12, 2025, the employer did not ensure equipment-specific energy control procedures were documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when performing servicing and maintenance activities including set-up on the Roll Feed Machine #159, which had multiple energy sources including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics, and gravity. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
