29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Testing and positioning of the machine, equipment or components where lockout or tagout devices were temporarily removed from the energy isolating device the employee was not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section: On or around June 18, 2025, Anheuser-Busch, LLC - Eagle Packaging LP, located at 3219 Rider Trail South, in Earth City, Missouri 63045, permitted an employee to be exposed to the unguarded and energized machinery (Line 2, Acrison Equipment, Model 101 & 130, for volumetric feeders) with open slide gate valve while troubleshooting and adjusting the materials from the feeder-receiving section of the machine.
