OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard. On or about June 18, 2025, at the sieve access road, employee(s) were exposed to a struck-by hazard when working between an unattended powered industrial truck parked on an incline and a concrete retaining wall.
