29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: (a) Southeast corner of the lower roof; On or about June 17, 2025, an employee performing roofing work outside of the warning line at an approximate height of 16-feet, 8-inches above the ground, was not effectively protected from falls, as the safety monitor was engaged in roofing activities other than the monitoring function.
