29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift: On 20 June 2025, (2) two employees were observed working from aerial bucket trucks attaching fiber to a pole approximately 20 feet above ground level, at 900 North Second Street in Saint Charles, Missouri, without utilizing conventional fall protection.
