29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3):The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface in a hoist area was protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 2366 Vintage Drive, Excelsior Springs, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on top of the exterior walls and were attempting to land trusses on top of these walls. Employees were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
