29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) Sysco Corporation dba Sysco Philadelphia located in 600 Packer Ave. Philadelphia, PA - On or about June 20, 2025, the employer did not ensure that aisles were kept clear where mechanical handling equipment, such as forklift trucks were used. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while materials, including but not limited to wooden pallets filled with products in cardboard boxes, were improperly positioned and protruding into the aisle.
