29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(i): Gears were not guarded by a complete enclosure. a. At the jobsite, in the shop located at 1401 U.S. Hwy. 301 N. TAMPA, FL 33619 on or about 06-25-2025, the employer exposed employees to caught in-between and amputation hazards in that the Engle Notching Machine gear box was not adequately guarded with a complete enclosure.
