Exposure for this jobsite occurred when employees were cutting and breaking concrete using a STIHL TS 420 handheld power saw and a CAT 272D2 skid steer with a hydraulic breaker attachment in preparation for an asphalt patch. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
