Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall, struck by and caught between hazards associated with the installation of inadequately braced prefabricated roof trusses:     Site- On or about June 19, 2025 employees setting roof trusses were exposed to fall, struck by, and caught between hazards where prefabricated wood roof trusses were not adequately braced during installation. The roof trusses that were set on June, 19 collapsed the following day due to inadequate temporary bracing prior to the installation of required permanent bracing and roof sheathing.
