OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards while positioning stone slabs for transport off of a storage rack. Location: Warehouse/Fabrication Shop On or about June 24, 2025, an employee of Sturbridge Supplies, Inc. was exposed to crushing hazards while attempting to vertically position a stone slab for transport off of a storage rack where there where there were no protections to prevent the slab from tipping over.
