29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the hangar area, employee(s) engaged in aircraft maintenance and repair activities were exposed to chemical hazards due to the employer not developing and implementing written hazard communication program. Employee(s) uses the following chemicals: Carb and Choke Cleaner, Plexo Glass cleaner, Zep 45 lubricant and KO Manufacturing 430 Heavy Duty Degreaser. The chemical hazards associated with these chemicals include: skin and eye irritation, serious eye damage, drowsiness and/or dizziness, nausea and/or vomiting, upper respiratory irritation, may cause cancer and flammable.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: At the hangar area, employee(s) engaged in aircraft maintenance and repair activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not provided access to the Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for Carb and Choke Cleaner, Plexo Glass cleaner, Zep 45 lubricant and KO Manufacturing 430 Heavy Duty Degreaser. The chemical hazards associated with these chemicals include: skin and eye irritation, serious eye damage, drowsiness and/or dizziness, nausea and/or vomiting, upper respiratory irritation, may cause cancer and flammability.
