29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):  The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:    On or about June 20, 2025, at a residential job site, located at 7624 Stow Rd., Stow OH 44224, the employer failed to conduct site inspections. These inspections aid in determining what potential hazards may exist and how to protect employees from such by implementing the use of various personal protective equipment, such as but not limited to the use of protective eyewear when using nail guns and the use of a fall protection harness when working at heights greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level:  On or about June 20, 2025, at a residential job site, located at 7624 Stow Rd., Stow OH 44224, the employer failed to ensure that the portable ladder being used to access the leading edge of a residential roof was at a safe angle for ascending and descending.  The ladder being used was not set on stable level ground causing it to lean to the right at the access point.  Employees were exposed to a fall from height hazard of approximately 25 feet at that level.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   On or about June 20, 2025, at a residential job site, located at 7624 Stow Rd., Stow OH 44224, the employer failed to ensure that employees, who were operating a pneumatic nail gun while performing roofing activities, were wearing protective eyewear. Employees were exposed to flying debris and nails from the nail guns.  The employer, Sanabria's Brothers Construction Company, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807925, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 8, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 11176 Barrington Blvd., Parma Heights, OH 44130.  The employer, Sanabria's Brothers Construction Company, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard of 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1499065, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 24, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1733 Granger Road, Medina OH 44256.
