29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On June 24, 2025, at or near 2701 12th Avenue South, in Fargo, North Dakota, sub-contractor employees were exposed to falls of over 10 feet while installing roofing materials without the use of fall protective systems while the prime contractor observed the work without correcting the violative condition.
