29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) Pumpjack Scaffold, Lot #245: On 06/25/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a) Pumpjack Scaffold on Lot#245: On 06/25/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 14-feet, 11-inches to the ground level while installing siding planks, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities.
