29 CFR  1910.1030(c)(1)(i):The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure.  a) At the facility 700 Old Country Road Suite 105 Plainview NY 11803. On or about June 26th, 2025, employees are exposed to bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. A written exposure control plan for bloodborne pathogens was not established prior to employees conducting and assisting in occupational duties such as but not limited to, drawing blood, processing blood, skin, and urine samples.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

On or about June 26th, 2025  the employer did not prepare an exposure determination for employees who were exposed to bloodborne pathogens  and other potentially infectious material while conducting  occupational duties such as drawing blood, processing blood, and urine samples.
