29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  On or about January 6, 2026, the employer did not submit documentation and Certification of Corrective Action for citation 1 item 1 issued on September 30, 2025, with an abatement due date of October 20, 2025.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   On or about June 6, 2025, on the East side of the building; the employer did not ensure that employee working on a pallet lifted by a forklift was provided with fall protection equipment .
