29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a- 780 Route 130 South, Hamilton NJ: Two workers were exposed to fall hazards when working from an articulated boom lift's elevated man lift basket without full body harnesses connected to designated anchor points with lanyards. Condition observed on or about 06/26/25.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
