29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 15 Cooper Court, West Windsor NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 23 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when installing a roof vent for an HVAC system, and performing other related activities, when walking and working from a residential structure's upper pitched roof without fall protection. Condition noted on or about 06/26/25. b- 15 Cooper Court, West Windsor NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below, when accessing an aluminum extension ladder, set on a residential structure's lower pitched roof, by walking on this structure's lower pitched roof without fall protection. Condition noted on or about 06/26/25. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
