29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Heiferhorn Farms Subdivision; Parcel 193 007 061: On or about June 23, 2025 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards in that the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections to the extent that hazards were identified and mitigated while employees performed roofing activities on a 10:12 pitch roof at heights over 20 feet to ground level.
