29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) Northberry Subdivision; Lot 13: On or about June 24, 2025 the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer did not ensure an employee was wearing eye protection when using a Bravo nail gun on a 6:12 pitch roof at heights over 11 feet to ground level while performing roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Northberry Subdivision; Lot 13: On or about June 24, 2025 the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure the employee was wearing fall protection while performing roofing activities on a 6:12 pitch roof at heights over 11 feet to ground level. Cifuentes Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1739711, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (May 13, 2024), with respect to a workplace located at 45 Pine View Drive, Dawsonville, Georgia 30534
