On or about June 26, 2025, it was documented that employees engaged food service activities in the kitchen of RMH Franchise Holdings, Inc. located at 3951 North 27th Street Lincoln, NE 68521, were exposed to slip and fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure the kitchen and lobby floor were clean and free from grease, oil, and/or other slippery substance(s).
