29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Lot 50 the Crest Subdivision, Newnan, on June 23 and at time prior, employees were exposed to falls of 10 feet from the eave to the ground below, in that the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by employees installing shingles on a new construction roof. The H & J ROOFING L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1727933, citation number1, item number1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6-27-2025, with respect to a workplace located at Orwell Drive Lot# 270, Stockbridge, GA 30281.
