29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a. On or about June 27, 2025, at the first aid kits wall area, an electrical service panel was not readily accessible, a 3-shelf storage metal rack was placed in front of the panel. NOTE 1: U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(g)(1) or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1690920, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-07-2024, with respect to a workplace located at U.S. Postal Service-Catano DMDU Annex at 100 Ave Los Conquistadores Catano, PR. NOTE 2: U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(g)(1) or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1688929, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-11-2023, with respect to a workplace located at U.S. Postal Service-Catano at 131 Ave. Barbosa, Catano, PR. NOTE 3: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
