29 CFR 1926.28(a):The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) On or about June 26, 2025, and at times prior, at Lot 57 Gary St, Opelika Al 31901. Employees were operating pneumatic nail guns while installing tresses on a residential home without eye protection. b) On or about June 26, 2025, and at times prior, at Lot 57 Gary St, Opelika Al 31901. Employees performing framing operations were lifting tresses to co-workers on the upper level of a residential home, without wearing hard hats.
