29 CFR  1910.1000(a)(2): An employee was exposed to an airborne concentration of silver, metal and soluble compounds, listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 0.01 mg/m^3:  a) 422 East Church Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406, Strong Room dispensing area: On or about June 27, 2025,  an employee, dispensing silver powder, was exposed to an 8 hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 0.249 mg/m^3 of silver. This level is 24.9 times the permissible exposure limit of 0.01 mg/m^3. This exposure occurred over a 317 minute sampling period on or about July 14, 2025. A zero exposure is assumed for the 163 minutes not sampled.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.  Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
