29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24 hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.   (a)6000 Riverside Drive. Keasby, NJ 08832 - The employer failed to notify OSHA within 24 hours of an inpatient hospitalization involving one employee who was seriously injured on June 23, 2025. The employee was found unresponsive by a FedEx Ground Corporation manager, who immediately called 911. The injured employee was transported to the hospital by ambulance and remained hospitalized for nine days. The incident was not reported to OSHA until June 26, 2025.
