The ITW Performance Polymers, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc., a Delaware Corporation, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641380, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 30 Endicott Street, Danvers, Massachusetts 01923.
