The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. On or about June 27, 2025, Vandesmith Specialty Coffee LLC, dba: Scooter Coffee, exposed employees to slip, trip and fall hazards. The employer did not ensure the floor around the barista area was maintained in a clean and dry condition or provide mats as a dry standing place at 718 State Highway 47 in Warrenton, Missouri.
