The employees were conducting residential roofing operations that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a height of greater than ten (10) feet. KFZ Superior Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1789002, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/11/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 855 Hometown Loop in O'Fallen, MO.

The employees were not trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury while at the job site located at 5202 Parkview Circle in Imperial, MO. The employees were conducting roofing operations that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a heights greater than ten (10) feet.
