On or about June 30, 2025, employees operated powered industrial trucks while performing job duties, and employer did not perform an evaluation of operator's performance at least once every three years. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: 213 Keystone Drive, Montgomeryville, PA 18936, facility. On or about June 30, 2025, employees performing welding duties were exposed to the hazards of hexavalent chromium, and the employer did not ensure employees were informed of the hazards associated with hexavalent chromium. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
