29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about June 27, 2025, on the southwest side of a newly constructed commercial building; an employee utilized a telehandler with an unapproved platform attached while performing masonry work on the exterior of the building.
