29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: 1625 VFW Parkway, Dedham, MA On June 30, 2025, an employee was exposed to falls from heights up to 18 feet to the ground while working on commercial 12/12 pitch roof during a roofing project where fall protection was not utilized. Northeastern Construction & Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard- 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1670290, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 12, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 21 Market St, Foxboro, MA.
