29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit accesses were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. (a) Worksite - Backroom: On or about 7/1/2025, employees were exposed to potential injuries from fire and other emergencies while working in the back room where egress path widths were less than 28 inches. An exit route was obstructed by a Cotterman Track Ladders. The path measured approximately 23 inches. (b) Worksite - Backroom: On or about 7/1/2025, employees were exposed to potential injuries from fire and other emergencies while working in the back room where egress path widths were less than 28 inches. An exit route was obstructed by a Cotterman Track Ladders. The path measured approximately 26 inches. The Target Corporation DBA Target was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1792656, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/25/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 479 State Road North Dartmouth, MA 02747.
