1910.219(a)(3) The sides and face sections nip points of the drive belt(s) and pulley(s) of textile machinery were not guarded by a guard which extended at least six inches beyond the rim of the pulley on the in-running and off-running sides of the belt and at least two inches away from the rim and face of the pulley in all other directions. a) On or about July 1, 2025, at the jobsite: employees were exposed to caught in hazards while walking and working around the exposed drive belt on the unguarded horizontal Hytrol Model TL Serial 11W615 conveyor belt. Alsco, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.219(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1676293, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/24/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 348 Calhoun Lane, BILLINGS, MT 59101.
