29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) at the truss manufacturing line, located at 6230 Governor Dr, Sumterville, Florida; On or about June 19, 2025, employees were exposed to caught-by and nip point hazards created rotating motion of the chain and sprocket, in that, the guard was damaged.
