29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: 21755 E 65th Ave, Aurora, Colorado, 8019: On or about July 1, 2025, the employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from a fall hazard of approximately 5.5 feet in that he was working from the platform of a trestle ladder scaffold. The trestle ladder footings were placed on various thicknesses of lumbar and uneven soil which prevented scaffold stability.

29 CFR 1926.452(n)(3): Ladders used to support step, platform, and trestle ladder scaffolds were not equipped with devices to prevent slipping: 21755 E 65th Ave, Aurora, Colorado, 8019: On or about July 1, 2025, the employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from a fall hazard of approximately 5.5 feet in that he was working from the platform of a trestle ladder scaffold. The platform was not secured to each connection on its trestle ladder.
