29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) 1119 Monocacy St. Bethlehem Pa 18018, front of building, On or about July 1, 2025, subcontractor employees, engaged in roofing and framing activity from a Genie Lift, model W-65 SC. the employees were not properly trained to operate the lift and no program was in place at the time to limit use of lift to authorized and trained employees.
