29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. a) Emergency exit in warehouse; On or about July 1, 2025, employees loaded and unloaded trucks with products such as bread and donuts while working in the warehouse. The emergency exit door located in the center of the warehouse was locked from the inside with a deadbolt and would need to be unlocked during an emergency.
