29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater :  a) 101 Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach, DE: On or about June 29, 2025, employees did not have access while working in the kitchen where electrical panel boxes were blocked by food preparation tables, refrigeration and hot tables, and food which limited the access to and the ability to open the panels in case of emergency or equipment shutdown necessity.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.   a) 101 Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach, DE: On or about June 29, 2025, a work-related incident resulting in a hospitalization was not reported within 24 hours of June 29, 2025.  The employer did not report the incident to OSHA prior to opening inspection on July 1, 2025.
