(a) Worksite: On or about 7/1/2025, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a Stihl TS 420 cut-off saw to cut a precast curb, where the set-up prevented the cut section from remaining open, allowing the rotating blade to get pinched, causing the saw to kickback.
