29 CFR 1926.952(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (b), (c), and (d) of this section with the employees involved before they started each job: On or about June 19, 2025, at a construction site at and/or near 518 US 281, Hamilton, TX, job briefings were not performed as required prior to the performance of overhead powerline utility work in the following instances (a-c): a) On or about June 19, 2025, the job briefing conducted did not cover the hazards associated with the work being performed; b) On or about June 19, 2025, an employee was not provided with a job briefing prior to the start of work; and c) On or about June 19, 2025, an additional job briefing was not conducted when changes to the work conditions that could affect the safety of employees occurred.
