29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) On July 2, 2025, at 3680 NW 135th Street, Opa-Locka, Florida, the employer did not ensure that the person performing the periodic inspections has been trained as an authorized employee by specific piece of equipment when employees were maintaining/repairing heavy equipment such as, but not limited to, wheel loaders, excavators and power industrial trucks.
