Vassar Ave, Wichita, KS 67220, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet and 9 inches and the employer did not ensure the aluminum ladder was extended at least 3 feet above the eave.

Vassar Ave, Wichita, KS 67220 employee(s) engaged in framing activities from ground level were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools or materials in that hard hats were not provided. An employee was cutting wood material with circular saw without head protection while a framer was working on the roof.  Martha Daniela Abarca was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1810131, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 05-05-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 5017 N Fairmount Ave, Wichita, KS 67219.
