29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  (a) Ideal Property Solutions failed to document abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each of the following cited violations had been corrected.  Citation 1, Item 1 a Repeat Serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) with an abatement date of August 15, 2025.  Citation 1, Item 2 a Repeat Serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) with an abatement date of August 15, 2025.  Citation 1, Item 3 a Repeat Serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) with an abatement date of August 15, 2025.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATIONS OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  (a) On or about July 2, 2025, at N78 W35735 Mapleton Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, the employer did not ensure employees conducting roofing operations, using hand tools and nail guns were wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to struck by hazards and eye injuries.  Ideal Property Solutions was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1767142, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 4, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1040 W. Riverside Dr., Oak Creek, WI 53154.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) On or about July 2, 2025, at N78 W35735 Mapleton Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066, employees roofing an existing residential home were not using fall protection. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet 7 inches from the roof eve to the ground below on the back side of the home.  Ideal Property Solutions was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1767142, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on December 4, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1040 W. Riverside Dr., Oak Creek, WI 53154.

(a) On or about July 2, 2025, at N78 W35735 Mapleton Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066,  the employer did not ensure that all employees that were installing a roof were trained to recognize fall hazards and how to implement fall protection methods, exposing employees to fall hazards.
