29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  Site: 71 Walsh Drive, PARSIPPANY, NJ 07054. a). On or about July 02, 2025, the employer did not ensure aisles were kept clear of raw materials in the warehouse storage area where employees were expected to receive shipping, move products to different stations and conduct products testing. This hazard exposed employees to potential trips, falls, and collisions with objects.

29 CFR  1910.23(c)(11): The employer did not ensure that portable ladders used to gain access to an upper landing surface had side rails that extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.  Site: 71 Walsh Drive, PARSIPPANY, NJ 07054. a). On or about July 02, 2025, Shree Meldi Krupa LLC employees were allowed to use a 6-foot A-Frame ladder to access an upper-level work platform that did not extend at least 3 feet above that upper landing surface. The landing surface was approximately 7 feet from the ground below, where the employees would stand to assemble and disassemble an ALL-Fill Filler machine. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  Site: 71 Walsh Drive, PARSIPPANY, NJ 07054. a). On or about June 25, 2025, Shree Meldi Krupa LLC employee engaged in the assembly of an ALL-Fill Filler machine was exposed to a fall hazard while working at the edge of a platform, located approximately 7 feet above the ground, without the use of a fall protection system. This hazard exposed the employee to personnel injuries laceration and broken bones.
